​Santa Teresa Terrace offers a variety of spacious floor plans designed to fit your lifestyle, including modern 2 bedroom apartments in Santa Teresa and expansive 3 bedroom apartments in Santa Teresa. Our layouts range from approximately 721 to 1,077 square feet and feature desirable amenities like all-electric kitchens, washer and dryer connections, and private balconies or patios. Whether you are looking for a cozy home or extra room to grow, you can view our available floor plans and find the perfect fit today.

​Yes! We are proud to offer pet-friendly Santa Teresa apartments and welcome your four-legged family members upon approval. Residents can enjoy our beautifully landscaped grounds and community amenities, including a dedicated playground area. We do require a non-refundable pet fee of $250, a $250 pet deposit, and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. Please contact our leasing office for more details on our pet policy and any breed restrictions.

​Santa Teresa Terrace provides convenient on-site parking for our residents and guests. While we offer ample surface parking throughout the community to ensure you always have a place to park near your front door, we do not currently offer specialized EV charging stations on-site.
